Booth

Booth spaces are $100.00 for each 10 ft x 10 ft area. A 10 x 20 space is two.

Spaces are assigned by the event organizers — vendors do not choose their own spot.

Payment is not taken on this form. Digital payments open October 1, and booth fees are due by November 13. We will email you when payment opens.

Permits & Insurance

Required documents are due before the event, not with this application. Attach them now if you have them.

General liability insurance
Health permit

If you cook, prepare or serve food on site, Texas requires a health permit. If everything you sell is sealed exactly as it was packaged elsewhere, it is not required.

Rules & Agreements

Theme: Vendors are highly encouraged to reflect ranching, cowboys, and southern heritage in booth décor and product line-up.

Set-up: Saturday, November 21 at 7:00 a.m. Booths must be ready for sales and all vehicles moved to designated parking by 9:00 a.m.

Tear down: Saturday, November 21 at 4:00 p.m. Early teardowns are not permitted.

Amenities: No electricity is provided — vendors must supply their own generator and cords. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs and coverings. No unloading assistance is available.

Tax: All vendors are required to collect and remit state and local sales tax.

Refunds: There are no refunds, even in the event of bad weather. Organizers reserve the right to approve all items and to require alteration or removal of any merchandise, product or activity inconsistent with the quality of the event.

Participation Agreement:

Ranch Hand Festival reserves the right for approval of all items and the right to cancel a booth exhibit, require alteration and/or removal of any merchandise, product, or activity which we deem detrimental to or inconsistent with the quality of the event. Should a booth be cancelled or require alteration and/or removal of any merchandise, product, or activity, then Ranch Hand Festival will not be responsible for any vendor costs incurred and a refund will not be given.

There will be no refunds, even in the event of bad weather. Booths will be assigned exclusively at the discretion of Ranch Hand Festival organizers. Organizers shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from any condition existent at the event or any act, omission, or neglect by any other vendor, volunteer, visitor, or employee at any time, whether during, prior to, or after the event.

By signing below, I understand and agree to comply with all Ranch Hand Festival event rules and regulations, including setup and teardown times, safety requirements, and city ordinances.

Indemnity Agreement, Covenant Not to Sue, and Liability Release for Adult: As a participant in Ranch Hand Weekend, I acknowledge the risks and assume personal responsibility for my actions. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Kingsville and Kingsville Mainstreet, its agents, employees, officers, and successors from any claim or liability, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have arising out of any bodily injury, death, or property damage I might sustain relating to activities while participating in Ranch Hand Weekend. I understand that if I am a food vendor, there are potential risks involved in cooking and/or serving my food item which include, but are not limited to, burns, cuts, slipping, falling, or lifting heavy items that are heavier than they appear. I have read the Indemnity Agreement, Covenant Not to Sue and Liability Release and I understand all its terms. I sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences.

Will anyone under 18 be working your booth?

Individual Release for Minor: In return for allowing my minor child, who is under 18 years of age, to participate in Ranch Hand Weekend, I acknowledge the risks and assume responsibility for the actions of my minor child. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Kingsville and Kingsville Mainstreet, its agents, employees, officers, and successors from any claim or liability, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have arising out of any bodily injury, death, or property damage my minor might sustain relating to activities while participating in Ranch Hand Weekend. We have read the Indemnity Agreement, Covenant Not to Sue and Liability Release and understand all its terms. I sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences on their behalf.

List every minor who will be working the booth, each with the parent or guardian releasing on their behalf.
